10.0It is a beautiful hotel that I was very interested in visiting. Special thanks to the hotel management, especially Mr. Hamid, responsible for reservations, may God bless him and make him very happy, the speed of procedures and cooperation to provide all means of comfort, generosity and good manners. We thank Chef Adel Al-Masri, the manager of the restaurant and the entire staff, although it is very crowded, but we have never felt negligent. All our requests are responding and quick. Mr. Peter, may God bless him, works long hours so that the guests feel comfortable and happy, even our children do not want to leave the hotel because they found to provide all the means of comfort and recreation from the diversity of swimming pools and the proximity of the beach and the sea to the hotel and the wonderful help of wonderful staff An experience that will be repeated annually, God willing, and we advised all family and friends to spend all the holidays in this wonderful hotel, God willing The food was delicious, and there were many facilities, such as a swimming pool, The location was perfect because it was close to the beach and nearby attractions.
− شكر خاص الى ادارة الفندق خاصة مستر حميد مسؤل حجوزات الله يوفقه ويسعده بجد سرعة الإجراءات والتعاون لتوفير كافة سبل الراحه والكرم وحسن الخلق ونشكر الشيف عادل المصرى مدير المطعم والطاقم كامل مع ان مزدحم جداا لكننا لم نشعر ابدا بالتقصير كل طلباتنا مجابه وسريع ومستر بيتر الله يوفقه يعمل لساعات طويله حتى يشعر النزلاء بالراحه والسعاده حتى اولادنا لا يريدون ترك الفندق لما وجدوه من توفير كافة سبل الراحه والاستجمام من تنوع حمامات السباحة وقرب الشاطئ والبحر من الفندق ومساعدة الستف الرائعه تجربه سوف تكرر سنويا ان شاء الله ونصحنا كل العائله والأصدقاء بقضاء جميع الاجازات في هذا الفندق الرائع ان شاءالله

7.0Az ételek finomak voltak, bőséges, a szoba jó fekvésű, a strand jó helyen, szép.
− A tisztaságon van mit javítani---minden üvegfelület irtó koszos volt. A madarak zavarják az étkezést kint, nem lehetett nyugton enni. A grill résznél semmi szagelszívás, nagy volt a füst esténként. A dolgozók közül néhány nem volt túl barátságos.

− The only downside was the phone connection in the room, which didn’t work well. Otherwise, a great experience.
