Obiekt spełnił masze oczekiwania a właścicielka bardzo pomocna i miła. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę ,dla nas było wystarczające i cieszyliśmy się, że jest ta możliwość,bo rano nie chce się wychodzić na głodzie 😉🙂. Do tego dobra kawka coś słodkiego i można było zrelaksować się przy basenie. Basen zrobił swoją robotę 😉😅,gdy upał nam doskwierał ,mogliśmy sobie odpocząć bez problemu pluskając się w wodzie😀. Okolicę zwiedzaliśmy pieszo, strome podejście drogą asfaltową do starego miasta nie było łatwe ale nie było źle my w wieku 57-62 wchodziliśmy kilka razy😉☺️. Warto było ,Orvieto piękne 🙂. Jeśli ktoś ma plany zwiedzić okolicę samochodem i mieć fajną miejscówkę to polecam to miejsce🙂. Nie przeszkadzały nam odgłosy z pobliskiej drogi bo nie były uciążliwe. My planujemy wrócić ☺️☺️

This place is simply magical. From the very first moment, you can feel its unique atmosphere – stunning views, beautiful greenery, and a wonderful swimming pool that is an absolute highlight, especially if you’re visiting during the peak summer season. After a full day of sightseeing, relaxing by the pool is simply priceless. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and have that charming, authentic Italian style that lets you truly experience the atmosphere of Umbria. This is the perfect place for people who enjoy walking. You can easily walk to the center of Orvieto, although the route is uphill. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but guests with mobility issues should keep this in mind. That said, it’s not really an inconvenience, as there is a bus stop just a few meters from the property, and local taxis are also easily available whenever needed. A special mention goes to the owner, Francesca. She is an incredibly warm, kind, and helpful person who made us feel welcome from the very beginning and was an exceptional host throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to visit during the World Cup finals, and she even organized a special pizza evening with the match shown outdoors under the stars. It was an unforgettable experience and a perfect example of how much heart Francesca puts into this place. People like her are what make you want to come back. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Orvieto again, we won’t hesitate to stay here. This place truly has a soul, and our stay will remain a wonderful memory for a long time. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Italian charm and genuine hospitality.

Lovely relaxing week in what felt like a home not a hotel.

The property small and authentic Italian which we loved. We loved the pool, best one we had had in our 7 weeks of travelling. Our room was a great size and had good air conditioning. Franseca and her family/staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and good coffee.

− The only thing I would like to see added would be a shuttle or transport up to Orvieto. I walked the hill once, but it is very steep and in the July heat was definitely too much for me. It became quite costly having to get a taxi up and back each time we wanted to go up to Orvieto. If you have a car then it is not a problem. Francesca was very helpful in finding a driver for us for day trips etc

Fajna miejscówka ma przerwę w podróży

Obiekt położony w urokliwym miejscu. Prowadzony rodzinnie. Mieliśmy okazję spędzić dwie noce w drodze do i powrotnej z południa Włoch. Pani w okularach okazała się zdecydowanie bardziej empatyczną i przyjazną. Śniadania dobre. Ogród wymaga „porządku i ogarnięcia „ a wnętrze apartamentu odświeżenia. Wówczas pobyt byłby jeszcze bardziej komfortowy.

Lovely gardens and swimming pool area. I liked that the food was sourced from the garden.

− Too hard to walk up and down the hill and we didn’t have transport, it was much steeper than we expected.
