− Vi havde et jacuzzi på værelset som ikke virkede og som ikke blev fikset under opholdet. Da det var en vigtig del af valget af hotellet, så trækker det jo en del ned.

1.0Todo, ha sido un verdadero desastre!!! El peor hotel de toda mi vida, viajo a menudo pero tanta suciedad, humedad y falta de buena administración nunca me ha tocado. Lo peor es que se niegan hacer reembolso, ofreciendo un lugar inaceptable. Llegando a la habitación se nota humedad, hongo en los muebles y mucho polvo. parece que nunca han limpiado, el mueble con hongos y mucho polvo. La mesita de noche también con polvo, en la tapa de baño había gotas amarillas. Horrible. Lo peor que nos hemos metido en la cama y toda la ropa de cama, colchón con humedad y frío. En 1 hora nuestra ropa se quedó fría y mojada también, me congelé. Tengo asma y por mal olor, polvo y humedad no podría quedarme, use inhalador pero sentía que empecé ahogarme, quedarme allí era peligroso para mi salud. Y también para cualquiera!!!! Evitar a toda costa!!!! He pagado más de 600€ por 2 noches, dinero perdido, se niegan a devolverlo! Tenía que buscar de noche otro hotel en la última hora por lo cual gasté más 1200€ en dos noches. viaje con mi madre que tiene 70 años, y no era nada fácil hacer estos cambios y más no contaba gastar en las 2 noches solo en 1800€ por falta de empatía y coherencia de este lugar !!!!
Bien situé dans la vieille ville, petite rue calme, accueil très bien.
10.0Chambre petite mais confortable, pas de petit déjeuner mais beaucoup de possibilités dans les bars et restaurants autour, accueil et personnel top.
