a bit too small for future stays
7.0hotel staff sometimes very helpful. this time not so much.
− rooms are small, this time the bathroom was so small there was literally no shelf for the towels, they had to leave them on the bed. the sink is about 8 inches square and wedged in between the shower and the wall. i literally could not brush my teeth or shave over the sink because my shoulders would not fit in the available space. Also, kept getting a japanese tv license warning on my room tv. front desk person actually asked me "so?" when i reported it. not good service.

− Das Zimmer war sehr klein
値段の割にサービスや施設が良くない。コスパ悪い。。
5.0ロケーション。駅からは近い。
− まず部屋がシャワーだけだった。この値段で浴槽がないとは予想もしていなかったのでびっくり。そしてドアを閉めきってシャワーをする様に書いてあり、そのせいか部屋がカビ臭く、換気もされていないと感じた。シャワーも所々にカビがはえていた。2階のまぁまぁ高い部屋を取ったが、なぜかエレベーターを出た後に中二階になっており、スーツケースを持って歩くのが苦痛。足の悪い母と言ったのでそこに段差があるのは最悪だった。無料のジュースとコーヒーのサービスがあるのは良かったが、無料のウォーターサーバーはなく、2泊していたので飲み水が足りなくなった。スタッフの8割が外国人と思われるが、電話でフロントに朝食について質問をしたが、間違った答えを返された。(日本語が変だったので不安に思って後々自分で会場に行ったら、言っていたことと違かった。。) 改善点が多いと感じる。
