7.0The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage and a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and all of the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Location is perfect, right in the city centre with plenty restaurants and attractions within a short distance.
− Needs some improvement to the soundproofing. My room was between a large group, and I could hear conversations, doors opening and closing, and people moving between rooms throughout the night. I noticed there was quite a large gap under the door, which may have been allowing sound to travel into the room. It would be worth looking at this, as it affected my sleep. I found the breakfast a little lacking. I noticed other guests were served a full hot breakfast and pastries, whereas I was only given some dry pastries and scrambled eggs.
