10.0Great location with easy access to buses, the metro, and major attractions. The rooms were very clean, and the 24-hour mini breakfast (croissants, cakes, yogurt, juice, butter) was a great touch. Having a hygiene shower/bidet spray near the toilet was a fantastic feature—very rare in Europe! Although the room was small, it was very comfortable. Having a "Castoro" supermarket right next road(open until 9 PM) plus a nearby mini-market for quick snacks and water was super convenient. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, clear, and accurate even before our arrival. Rome was perfect as always, and we will definitely return!
− Breakfast: Adding some Italian cheese to the breakfast selection would be a great addition. Amenities: A kettle in the kitchen and standard chairs near the table (instead of just small backless stools/ottomans) would improve comfort. Expectations: Our specific room wasn't shown in the listing photos on Booking.com. It seems only the best rooms are pictured, so we expected what we saw online but received a different layout.
