9.0Os funcionários foram sensacionais, ajudaram a gente por termos chegado de madrugada. O quarto era confortavel, banheiro no quarto e limpo. Localização é outro ponto alto.

8.0Funcionários são excelentes: prestativos, educados, cordiais. O quarto era bem limpo e muito legal a dinâmica envolvendo quadrinhos e games (havia um fliperama no quarto). Localização também é excelente, muito proximo do metro e da cidade do Vaticano (uns 20-30 min andando).
− Colchão e travesseiros muito moles. Banheiro externo também é um pouco complicado, mas compreensivel pela estrutura da guesthouse.

Da soggiornare con i bambini e per tornare bambini!
8.0Ho scelto questa struttura come parte integrante della vacanza che ho fatto con mia figlia, amante di anime e fumetti. La camera di Dragon Ball le ha fatto venire le lacrime agli occhi per la felicità e questa per me è stata la miglior risposta alla mia scelta. Videogioco e playstation in camera, giochi da tavolo e fumetti in corridoio, a disposizione di tutti. Letti a castello e piccolo bagno in camera. Non avevo mai soggiornato in un ostello e mi aspettavo un ambiente molto meno curato, ma devo dire che nel complesso le cose positive sono state tante. Oltre a provare un vero piacere nel percorrere ogni ambiente così caratterizzato, ho trovato un clima friendly e informale, ma allo stesso tempo riservato. In cucina si trova un distributore di acqua fredda gratuita, una macchinetta per il caffè con capsule e latte a disposizione e una lavatrice a gettoni. La cucina è fruibile per la preparazione dei pasti e ci sono gli armadietti per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. A pochi passi dalla metro, quindi comodissima per muoversi in città. Un bar proprio sotto l'ostello permette di fare una bella colazione prima di mettersi in marcia. Mi sento di dire ai genitori che fanno fatica a portare i bimbi in hotel perché in camera si annoiano... che in questa struttura questo problema non sussiste!
− Essendo un ostello non ci si può aspettare lo stesso tenore di un hotel, qualche pecca qua e là si trova.
