− The resort picture's shown on the website and the actual picturesque is hell and heaven apart. We went to check in but seeing the resort location, ambience, staff etc, we got disappointed. Finally, we decided to move out of this hotel and checked in into another hotel. Hotel's must keep transparency in what they are offering to the clients. The pictures must be refreshed very 6 months so that clients can take appropriate decision.

− The room was very dirty, bed and blankets were smelling, AC was making noise, no remote for AC, TV was not working, dirtiest sofa I have ever seen in a hotel, bathroom was blocked, toilet seat was not working properly, balcony was filled with pigeon poop..over all total mess, wrong information provided on site that property is 4 start, restaurant has urine smelling..
