Overpriced - not good value for money due to the extensive construction under way.
5.0Very centrally located and with undercover parking. Apartment was tidy (but somewhat small living/dining area). Friendly front desk staff.
− It was essentially a construction site all over the ground floor, not advertised at time of prepaid booking: Construction workers were on site and noise started from shortly after 6:30am. Concrete mixer truck blocked driveway for multiple hours on one of the days. Guest laundry was not accessible. Fences impeded access from car park to apartment and there was flooding in the basement from the constriction. Very little privacy without having blinds drawn due to open communal courtyard next to dining room. Spa bath was an average sized bathtub.
Great place, right in the centre of town.

− There's no lift, so bags need to be carried up & down the stairs from the carpark, which didn't worry us, but would be an issue for anyone with mobility concerns.

Just okay maybe better after the refurbishment

− Many of the facilities were not available due to refurbishment which we were warned about beforehand. The room was only okay standard

− The construction happening made it a bit of an awkward process getting bags up to the room and back particularly in the rain.
We absolutely loved it - it was perfect for our stay with kids and the location was perfect

− Bathroom could do with a little Reno. Windows and blinds in the downstairs room were really dusty and dirty
