− There was a black young male employee who was very slow in service, and check in kept me waiting for an hour and a half. Then when I made the booking, I indicated that I wanted lower bed, and I also told this young employee that I wanted lower bed when I checked in, but the young employee still arranged an upper bed for me, where no one was in the room, why did I do so deliberately?
