A truly unforgettable first visit to Marrakech! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was our first time in Morocco, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay than Nobu Hotel Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away — by the city, the culture, the food, and most of all, by the incredible team at this hotel. A special thank you to concierge Redouan Bijji and Jamal for their outstanding guidance — their restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on and truly elevated our experience. And a special mention to Youssef and the entire staff! The front desk team — Khadija, Mendi, Shiman, Salma and Narjiss — gave us a beautiful room and made us feel so welcome every single day. A huge thank you to Jamila for keeping our room immaculate, and to the breakfast team — Nassima, Fettah and Moatassim — for starting each morning with warmth and smiles. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning — incredible views, amazing vibe. Brahim and Maskane took exceptional care of us there. I also discovered Pilates Reformer for the first time, and our instructor Kaoutar was wonderful — professional, encouraging and inspiring! Nobu Marrakech is elegant, beautifully located, and the staff is simply exceptional. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories — we will absolutely be back! 🌿🧡

Like trying to sleep in a nightclub for a week!

Our first visit to beautiful Marrakesh with our family and we wanted the safety of knowing we had a 5* Luxury base. We booked and paid for two, one bedroom suites. Unfortunately, Nobu Marrakesh has its priorities misaligned and favours only the clients visiting it’s rooftop bar which blasts music out until 1am every night. Each evening, guest services rang our suite to make sure that we were happy with everything and every time, we mentioned the noise levels from the bar. They apologised and did absolutely nothing about it. It became comical that they’d ring every night, asking the same question and benignly acknowledge it knowing they had no intention of addressing it. We asked for ear plugs after the first night and left 6 nights later still never having received them. The manager was no-where to be found apparently. Conveniently not on shift whenever we asked to speak to them. Just as the din from the rooftop died off, the surrounding clubs kicked out and what can only be described as a car rally ensued directly outside the front of the hotel. Managed by wardens executing traffic control with WHISTLES!!!!! A total utter farce! How this property falls into ‘Leading Hotels of The World’ is a mystery to me. Still waiting to hear back from management in regard to settling our account. To date have been offered a £100 discount off our final bill. WOW! If you’re hoping to have any sleep at all on your trip, do not visit!

Nobu - Marrakesh - fantastic!!

What a place, we booked a short trip to Marrakesh and booked Nobu to stay. Special shout out to Jamal who amazing, so helpful and friendly in terms of organising everything we asked. A big shout out also to the wider teams around the hotel who were fabulous too. If you ever want a short break - this is the place to go.

Superp Hotel in Marrakesch

Superb Hotel in Marrakesch with beautiful reception hall. Rooftop terasse with pool overlooking the city is absolutely unique. Food (and Drinks!) are top, don't miss a delicious dinner experience at Nobus restaurant. Nice spa, try the hammam experience! We received a great room. Thanks again to Hajar for the upgrade and the so friendly and helpful service. Definitely a see you again!

Family Marrakech Trip!

Simply put, our trip was exceptional! From the moment we arrived the staff treated us warmly and remained attentive to any and all needs. The rooftop is incredible as was the food. We will definitely stay again!

The IDEAL choice in Marrakech

We just had the most wonderful trip to Marrakech and the Nobu hotel was a big part of that. The hotel is ideally located- a very close 20 min walk from the Medina and the souks- and a 10 min cab ride anywhere else in the city. It is extremely chic and very zen in style and the staff could not be more accommodating. Jamal the concierge was incredibly attentive and helped book our hot air balloon ride (absolutely amazing experience A++), souk tour, camel ride (I’d skip that one if I had to do it again), our dinner reservations and car transfers. He made everything seamless as we planned everything by email with him before our arrival. Nadia at the front desk was kind and generous, upgrading us to a suite as we were travelling with our teenage daughter and I was celebrating a big birthday! While it’s true that the rooftop club plays very loud music at night and especially on the weekend, our suite on the 2nd floor was quiet and the music was not an issue in any way so don’t let that dissuade you. I was deciding between La Mamounia and Nobu and I’m so happy I chose Nobu because it’s a much more modern hotel, and frankly is a lot more chic than La Mamounia which feels extremely stuffy.
