Établissement à la hauteur d’un bon 4 étoiles, les chambres sont très spacieuses, le lit King size et la piscine est très appréciable pour se détendre !

Disappointment

The room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel in France, and I liked the personalized welcome message displayed on the TV when I first entered the room. It was a nice touch.

− Unfortunately, several things made this stay disappointing. The biggest issue was arriving by car. There is only a very small parking area in front of the entrance with space for around three cars, and every time I passed by it was full. For a 4 star hotel, I expected a better arrival experience or at least a convenient place where guests can stop while checking in. The TV welcome message was nice the first time, but the TV automatically turned itself on every morning to display it again. If I turn the TV off, I expect it to stay off until I choose to use it again. There were no USB C charging ports next to the bed. I stayed in 3 star hotel in France that offered this, so it was surprising not to find them here. This was also the only hotel during my trip where the security deposit (pre-authorization hold) on my card could not be processed automatically because my bank rejected the transaction(suspicious transaction). That was unexpected and made check in less convenient. Sound insulation was poor. I could hear conversations from the neighboring room and even chairs being moved across the floor. Finally, I was disappointed that slippers were not available, even after asking at reception. I've stayed in other hotels where slippers were not placed in the room but were happily provided on request. Considering the carpets throughout the hotel, it would have been a welcome amenity. Another inconvenience was the parking access card. A new card had to be collected from reception every day instead of using the room key, which many hotels already integrate into one system. None of these issues alone would ruin a stay, but together they made the hotel feel below what I expected from a 4 star property.
