10.0The rooms are very clean. The boy Ryan at reception is truly kind, friendly, and always helpful. He is truly a strong asset to your hotel. The only aspects that could be improved are the type of coffee served in the morning, which is not of the best quality, and the breakfast in general. In our opinion, there is an excess of protein options; it would be better to reduce the amount of meat and include more variety, such as rice and vegetables. We also believe that the excursion booking service could be enhanced. Rather than being tied to a single company, it would be beneficial to adopt a more flexible approach, offering a wider range of options from different providers in order to better tailor and organize guests’ weekly vacation plans.

10.0We were extremely satisfied with the 1BR 2BA room. It was clean, comfortable bed, 2-burner stove, no oven, full fridge, shared large balcony. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Extremely friendly, courteous, and striving to do everything they could to respond to our requests and make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast almost every morning. Used the free shuttle several times to visit V&A Waterfront and go to Table Mtn. Would absolutely return.
