9.0I extended my stay before and after Company organized event- hotel accommodated me in the same room without my intervention, which was very convenient . Competent and helpfull people who see their guests. No problems. Sounds normal - and that is how it should stay.

Der Ausblick war Spektaküler
9.0Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die respektvolle Bedienung, die frische Zubereitungsmöglichkeit im Frühstücks Bereich. In diesem Hotel habe ich das Zimmer bekommen, was ich auch wirklich reserviert habe. Das Bett war super bequem. Die Aussicht aus Zimmer 1624 war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

8.0Mr. Volkan and Ms. Doga from Reception and all other reception staff were very friendly and polite. Bellboys also were very helpful.
− the Houskeeping were not good. The cleaning especially was not good. The food variety and its portions was small the prices were too high.
