Love Callander Craig’s was a let down

− Towel in the bathroom not fresh bathroom floor needing grout repaired bath panel wrong side still has wood showing at the bottom of it Room carpet needing a shampoo walls not soundproofed noise from other room unreal
Excellent heritage property to stay
10.0Review 5 Crags Hotel exceeded our expectations. The building is old but very well looked after, and cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay. The Indian restaurant was fantastic—we ate there twice. We noticed a mild food aroma occasionally, but honestly it didn't affect our experience at all. People experience smells differently, so those complaints are very subjective. The management deserves appreciation for preserving this heritage property while running a business.

− The bedrooms were very tired. We stayed three nights never got room Service in the rooms during the day you’ve got one bath towel per person. Restaurant was advertised as local Scottish produce but it was an Indian restaurant and it was very tired and expensive. Would not recommend staying here not good value for money needs a very good clean.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Crags Hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, and the locals made us feel right at home The attached Indian restaurant is one of the best we've visited. The food was absolutely delicious, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. What made our stay even more memorable was that the team surprised us with a special treat for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. It really made us feel valued and added a personal touch to our visit. We would highly recommend Crags Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with fantastic hospitality and amazing food. We can't wait to come back!
