10.0Super freundliches Personal - uns wurde für die EBikes extra Platz in der Mülltonnengarage geschaffen. Wir hatten eine super Restaurantempfehlung bekommen - das Restaurant alte 16, einfach leckeres Essen - sowohl traditionell, wie vegetarisch. Bei unserem nächsten Hamburgbesuch kommen wir gerne wieder.
Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr guter Dienstleistung.

− Die Ausstattung der Zimmer sollte optimiert werden. Wir vermissten einen Wasserkocher, Tresor und eine Möglichkeit Getränke zu kaufen.
