− Por la noche no puedes acceder al alojamiento si no te abren la puerta, una de las noches yo estaba en su puesto de trabajo el recepcionista y no abrió y tuve que esperar hasta que se presentaré para entrar a mi habitación a dormir

− Le grand problème que j'ai trouvé, est la communication, quelques fonctions normalement nécessitent une deuxième langue comme l'anglais ou le français, réception d'hôtel avec une seule langue pas logique, et ça entraîne des problèmes parfois
