Great base for exploring York - easy walk to all the attractions and very clean and comfy room.
8.0The location is great for getting into the city centre. We took a taxi from the station as we don't know York well, and it was around 5 minutes and £8 so well worth it with luggage etc. Very easy to find and we were met by the owner and in our room very quickly.
− It wasn't anything that spoiled our stay, or that the owners can do anything about, but it was very hot when we stayed and we had our window open. As we were at the front of the guest house there is a lot of traffic noise which can't e helped but meant we couldn't sleep with the window open at night.

10.0I loved how warm and welcoming the owners were. The place is very comfortable and both owners were extremely helpful and offersed me plenty of assistance and pointed out many things locally that were very useful to me
− There was nothing no have a problem with. I have no faults or problems at all with my stay.. There really is nothing I can think of to mention.

9.0Run by a very friendly couple, lovely cooked breakfast at a very reasonable price brought up to the room in the morning.
− It’s a little bit far from the old town, around 20-25 minutes walking
You turned my visit into a memory I’ll treasure
