− There is no lift in the hotel and no one to help with cases

− Evening meal bit disappointing macaroni very bland

3.0Staff were friendly and very attentive.
− The hotel was tired and dated. The room was extremely hot with no fan provided. Bed was almost non existent mattress far to thin/old. Didn't get a good sleep due to this. The shower was good with power and hot temperature if needed. TV too small to even see and no basics in the room.
Ideal location for a relaxing break
9.0Lovely stay in Royal George Hotel, a warm welcome from very helpful friendly staff. Delicious breakfast in the perfect location overlooking river. All staff were exceptional.
− Lots of stair climbing with luggage. The room was very hot. Very Noisy extractor fan in the bathroom
