Terrible Hotel
2.0I arrived at the hotel around 13:30. The hotel door was closed. I called the hotel number. The hotel employee who answered the phone said they would open it at 17.00, being extremely rude and unsympathetic. Although it says on the internet that they will be open until 14.00, the hotel is closed and they did not help me. It's freezing cold outside and I had to use the bathroom. So I was stuck in the street. I called again to cancel my reservation, this time they never answered the phone. I sent a message to the hotel to cancel my reservation and I could not stay in this hotel. Despite all this, they took the full price of the accommodation from me. I was totally scammed. I suggested going to another hotel nearby and leaving my luggage. They were very helpful and I stayed at that hotel. Then I went to the Ledermuseum hotel and asked in good faith for a refund. It was truly terrible. The inside of the hotel is dirty, the employees are rude and there is no elevator in the hotel. Despite all these warnings, if you want to stay in this hotel, I recommend you to be careful.

Nice but..
6.0Big room, nice bed quality. No fridge and no lift. Entry to parking is not free and need to be a good driver to enter parking.

6.0La recepción del hotel cierra a las 13 los sábados, por lo que es infactible dejar el equipaje. En la habitación no está la clave de wifi y como la recepción también cierra temprano tampoco pude conseguirla.

8.0Sehr freundliches Personal, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und alles funktionierte, einschließlich Duschkopf ;-) Die Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind preiswert, dafür etws lauter..Alles in allem; völlig ok für den Preis!
