2.0The address provided was misleading to start of with. Upon check in, found that the room was dirty, the toilet seat was stained with brown stuff which I presumed was faeces), cigarette smell in the room, and overall very uncomfortable and badly maintained. Since I have checked in quite late, we decided to stay for one night and to check out early the next morning. We told Expedia about this intention that evening after check-in. We had booked for 6 nights so is prepared to pay cancellation fees plus one night stay. However after 72 hours, we were told we had to forfeit the remaining 5 nights. We checked into the Central Hotel for the remaining stay in Nanjing and it was such a joy to stay with them. Avoid Nanjing Kaibin Apartment Kairin Branch at all cost.

1-Week Stay in Nanjing
8.0Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. The washer/dryer was a godsend and allowed us to pack light for our 2-week trip to China. The manager's office was a little off-putting with the clutter. We had trouble finding the building and when we tried to call to get directions, the phone number didn't work.
