4.0The aircon in my room is leaking. I complained about this but they didn’t fix it until I checked out. My asthma allergy was triggered due to molds brought by the dirty aircon unit. The staff didn’t take action to move me to another room. But in fairness, the food presentation per my request and the delivery is very good. Kudos to the cook and the staff.

8.0We have stayed here a few times, the rooms are nice and updated. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bad internet signal in the rooms. Even when you can connect it seems heavily throttled (restricted). The breakfast is fairly good, but mostly a Filipino style breakfast. The pool is nice, not restricted like some places we have stayed. Over all it’s always a positive experience. We will be back.
