9.0Great hotel in a very central location. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious every morning! Highly recommend this place for people visiting HCMC for the first time, all the main spots are within walking distance. Thank you!

10.0This hotel was amazing!! My friend and I found this place advertised as a hostel in an online article, but its facilities were amazing and the room was exactly like a hotel. The staff were exceptional. Our door lock battery died at one point when we were there and it was resolved in about 10 minutes by the staff. The included breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked for each person. We loved the common areas on the higher floors, and the rooftop was amazing. We stayed in June, so there were not as many tourists, and we almost always had the roof to ourselves. There are free drinks like water, milk (chocolate and strawberry and regular) provided all day in accessible fridges, and soft drinks available for free in the evenings. Our room was clean and comfortable, and even though the location was amazing and hence busy, the noise was not a problem (we were on the 5th floor). Our room had a bunk bed, but each bed was larger than a single and very comfortable. Our room also had its own bathroom and shower, and the room could be cleaned upon request (changing the sign on the door each day as required) without any additional cost. As mentioned, the location was perfect. So many attractions were within walking distance even with the heat, and the restaurant selection was also great. The area felt safe as 2 females travelling, in both day and nighttime. We had an amazing experience in Ho Chi Minh with the Hammock Hotel as our home base and we couldn’t recommend it enough. If I return I will definitely be staying here again!! The value for money is exceptional and I could not fault the place.
