8.0Rooms are really large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and both restaurants on site are great. The included breakfast is very tasty as well.
− It's a little out of town.
Worst place we have ever stayed at. Dirty and unkempt.
1.0There is litterally nothing to like about this place, this has to be the worst place we have ever stayed at, and we have travelled alot! Dirty, unkempt, mouldy pool and breakfast was terrible.
− I take reviews very seriously however after talking to the staff and giving them plenty opportunities to rectify, even after bookings.com contacted them and basically no care at all by NASAMA RESORT and paying good money to stay here I feel people really need an honest review of this disgusting place ** A RESORT IT IS NOT** 2. stars if that. The grounds are disgraceful and extremely unkempt, weeds and rubbish and overgrown plants, The linen and towels are dirty. No ammeneties at pool ( you need to use toilets in your room if using the pool) So kids use it as a toilet, the pool was dirty and mouldy, broken tiling etc Breakfast was below average, you could choose only 1 meal ( small portions) and had to pay ridiculous prices for anything extra and very minimal choices. No room service, no phone in rooms. We actually cut our trip 1 week short due to how horrible this place is and we're told not our problem and no refund for unused stay even though we mentioned all the issues and gave them opportunity to rectify. The area within alleged resort and immediate outside just has rubbish everywhere. 3 pigs Cafe had really nice food ( though overpriced) This accomodation is dirty and definitely not a destination you do not want to consider.Overpriced ,dingy, dirty in all areas in general yet you pay higher than Australian prices its ridiculous!! Do not recommend anyone staying at NASAMA RESORT * More like a hostel Photos show how disgusting this place was.
Massive rooms. Staff happy to help with any requests. Great pool
8.0Huge rooms in good location. Cafe Vila and Three Pigs on property make a big impression.
Would be great for families with younger children
8.0Great 2 bedroom apartments for families. Ask for ground floor near pool for best experience rather than up the stairs. Canoes were great. Pool awesome but they are a bit cold at this time of year (at all Vanuatu resorts). The sea however is warmer and beautiful temperature. Bring coral booties and your own snorkel gear for best experience. Both restaurants Cafe Vila and Three pigs at front of resort are the best around. The included breaky at cafe Vila is great value and quality. So convenient too
− We were upstairs and would have highly preferred ground floor if we knew this was an option. Although it’s good, it was overpriced.
Nice location and food, but very dated room
8.0Big rooms
− Very dated - needs refurbishing

10.0− Beach was too rocky. We like walking on the beach but we couldn’t.Rather than that everything was good.
