7.0A localização é muito boa, bem central.
− As instalações são antigas, mas tudo foi como estava nas descrições. Entretanto o custo benefício foi muito bom. Apesar de ter estacionamento disponível para hóspedes, as vagas não são suficientes para todos. A comida é gostosa e variada, porém se chegar no final do horário algumas coisas acabam e não tem reposição.

8.0Posizione eccezionale in piena zona pedonale e con vista sulle Pale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Nonostante la struttura richieda un importante ristrutturazione ( cosa che viene correttamente sottolineata nella mail di conferma della prenotazione)lo staff si impegna sempre per provare a risolvere le problematiche. Cibo di buona qualità e abbondante in relazione alla classe dell' albergo. Pulizia più che accettabile.
− Il servizio bar poco presente , l'assenza di musica o qualsiasi minimo evento , la carenza di parcheggi e alcune pecche che basterebbe veramente poco per risolverle.

− Un pizzico di attenzione in più non guasterebbe, avevo prenotato una camera da 2 ed una da tre, chiedendo di avere tutti letti singoli ma all'arrivo non erano stati separati. Problema risolto con solerzia nel giro di 15 minuti dai ragazzi dei servizi, molto gentili e veloci.
