Not worth the money or the frustration of non-disclosure
5.0− When booking on Booking.com, nowhere on the site does it disclose that there is a parking fee. When checking in, the lady at the front desk asked me “do you need a parking pass for your vehicle?” And I said “yes.” This was her chance to disclose that there is a $16 PER NIGHT fee for parking at the hotel. She chose NOT to mention that at check in. Then, I got a charge for almost $70 for parking!!! When I called and asked the lady why they don’t disclose the parking fee at check in she replied “we do not need to tell you that, it is on our website in the fine print” EXCUSE ME??? You don’t need to tell me that you will be charging me $70 extra?? That doesn’t need to be disclosed?? There are several other reviews about this. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY EXTRA PARKING FEES!!! Choose another hotel that doesn’t charge or will atleast disclose important information about fees when checking in. That’s a scam.

10.0A month ago, I booked for someone else. That person was absolutely delighted with the location, the accessibility, and the breakfast delicious; the place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were very soft.

− Nos rompieron el vidrio del vehículo en el parqueadero. Cuando lo reportamos con el desk no les importó, nos dijeron que llamáramos a la policía. No me quedaré nunca más aquí.
