8.0− We've stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I go on a business trip, my wife and my 5-year-old daughter usually come here to relax. We really loved this place. However, the last time we were there, for some reason the credit card used for the reservation didn’t work, and they refused to give my wife and daughter a room. My wife said it was very humiliating for them. It took nearly two hours of haggling before they were finally able to get the room after my wife made a new reservation and paid with her own card. I should note that up until then, we’d always paid in cash upon checkout. For some reason, the receptionist in question refused to allow this option and spoke condescendingly to my wife. Of course, my wife put up with this behavior solely for the sake of our little girl, since she really loves this hotel. But instead of staying for several days of relaxation, they decided to go home the very next day. We’re looking for another favorite hotel. No one should have to put up with disrespect!!!
We love your hotel and we will be back again soon. Please make the beds a little softer!
8.0This is our third stay at the hotel. We love it. Size, service, location is incredible
− The property is starting to show wear and tear and it’s probably time for a renovation. Especially in the common areas and the bed was uncomfortable. We travel a lot and this was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in in the past year.
