5.0The breakfast was good and morning staff were very friendly. And they had a hard copy of restaurants in the area.
− When we got there at 6:30 after a hard drive the man at the desk told me I had only held the room not paid. So he charged me. I had paid and still trying to get my refumd. When I called to get another pillow, I had to come down to get it and it had no pillow case. The pillows were super soft and I needed one for my neck. I went to get a decaf coffee when I got the pillow case and it was cold.
The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was great!
