− Extra money was taken at check out for services we did not use, the staff keep saying “they will look into it”, however it has now been over a month with no real response. Very frustrating to have the money taken straight off my card and not refunded.
Camping-Feeling mitten im Wald
7.0Super Lage, sehr nahe am Parkeingang, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme, und passt zum Feeling des Parks. Der Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Restaurant nebenan ist sehr gut.
− Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr günstig, dafür war die Erwartung an Qualität eine andere. Es dauerte 10 min bis warmes Wasser in der Dusche kam, am Boden hatte es Farbspuren, an der Armatur fehlte der Perlator, die Türe der Dusche blieb nicht geschlossen, im Pool fehlte die Abdeckung der Pumpe, … viele Kleinigkeiten, welche eine Rennovation verlangen
It was a good location, great staff but advertised things they did not have.
7.0Staff was great. Restaurant next door was convenient and staff there, although understaffed, was great. Food excellent. Room was just right. Sink was clogged but fixed quickly.
− Pool was advertised and a big reason we stayed there, but it was not working. Breakfast did not offer fresh fruit as advertised. Very minimal choices.
It made for a very comfortable and memorable stay.
9.0We stayed in the Queen Room, which had more than enough space for the two of us. The view of the forest and stream was beautiful, and we loved enjoying breakfast on the balcony before heading out to Yosemite for the day. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the place had a lot of character.
− The stay was quite expensive, but that is not unusual for accommodations so close to Yosemite National Park.
