Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean.

− The room had a stuffy smell.
It was a very good hotel, will stay at this location again.
10.0I loved how clean the room was, and I appreciated being able to watch Netflix since the cable didn't have too many channels, which was a big plus. And enjoyed the room, which was roomy. And the price was good.
− The only thing I didn't like was that the a/c was off and the room was very hot. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again if I travel to Kilgore, TX.

3.0Easy to get to
− Room smelt awful, the man at the front asked me three times at check in if we smoked I told him no only to walk into our room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. They didn’t have enough food ready for breakfast. Whole building has a gross smell. It’s like a pig with lipstick. Then we needed to check out early and they wouldn’t refund or credit. Overall disappointing and wouldn’t go back.
