2.0Total disaster! My reservation at Hotel Klimek **** SPA was canceled by the hotel due to a technical failure, and I still haven’t received a refund! It’s been almost two weeks, and the hotel is still “planning” to issue the refund within 21 business days. This is illegal – they’re supposed to return the money within 14 days max. They’re not responding to messages! If the hotel can’t afford to refund a deposit, then what kind of shape is this so-called “four-star” place really in? Avoid at all costs!

− Old hotel, with old furniture, old bathrooms, old facilities. Breakfast very (too) simple, not even fresh bread. After 1 beer at dinner, they were out of beer... Room without working airconditioning, Room fridge not working , part of the time no water, no showers.....

10.0We have chosen this hotel because of the SPA, which we really enjoyed. The rooms were clean and the staff really nice and helpful. The SPA was great, and the location of the hotel between the mountains was as well really nice. We had a great time here.
