8.0We had a lovely stay in this guest house. The host was friendly and very welcoming. The location is great, a short walk to either the seafront or town. Our ensuite was very small but functional, bed very comfortable, so slept well. We parked on the road outside but the owner did state if we struggled to find anywhere to park, to let him know and he would find us somewhere, even though it was August, we always found a space to park.

10.0Hans is a great host, can't do enough for you during your stay. Breakfast is top notch and sets you up for the day. 5 mins maximum walk to the beach.

10.0Hans was very accommodating to facilitate a late check in due to a train delay. Excellent Menu options and breakfast was of a high standard. Room fully equipped with everything I needed. Would recommend and would certainly stay again if back in Paignton. Railway station is less than 10 mins walk and the seafront less than 5 mins very central location
