10.0A wonderful two night stay. The hosts Bob and Anita were lovely, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, spacious with a large king size bed and our bathroom was huge. The little biscuits and chocolates were a nice little surprise. The breakfasts were fantastic with a choice of fresh fruit, pastries amazing freshly baked bread and butter pudding then a hot breakfast. Perfect Location: the beach is at the end of road, a minute away and the town is a nice 10mins stroll away. Abbotsleigh is one of the best guest houses/B&B we have stayed in and would highly recommend.

The extra mile
10.0Amazing. I fell very ill and was taken to hospital. The way Bob and Anita looked after my wife was the pure definition of going the extra mile. They extended our booking foc until I could travel and made sure she did not worry too much. I cannot thank them enough. Amazing breakfasts, very clean modern room and very friendly and caring hosts
Planning visiting Whitby this is the place to stay
10.0Located on West Cliff in Whitby in a nice quiet area only a 5 minute walk into the town Abbotsleigh is lovely place to stay, room was lovely, very clean & comfortable, little extras like chocolates and bottles of water in the room.Our hosts Bob & Anita were very friendly and couldnt do enough for us, breakfast was very very tasty made with good quality ingredients, highly recommend and we are planning to stay there next time we visit Whitby.
