9.0Jedná se o již ne zcela nový hotel, přesto si uchovává svou hodnotu Ze největší plus považujeme večeře, které pro nás zahraniční byly netradiční a velice fajn Samozřejmě i snídaně byly fajn

− 일본을 지금까지 70 번 이상 방문하였지만 기리시마 캐슬은 최악임 특히 카운터 직원의 자세는 매우, 지극히, 불량함 고객을 고객으로 취급하지 않음

2.0餐廳服務人員友善，餐食豐富美味，意猶未盡 室內溫泉池子很大，水溫適中
− 房間設備老舊，廁所水龍頭和淋浴的熱水壞掉不能用，通知櫃檯查看，只得到隔天請人來維修，請我們去大衆澡堂沖澡，我只住一晚，等於要我們在接近零度氣溫用冷水刷牙洗臉洗手，在房內洗澡更不用想（有長者同行不便獨自行動與泡湯），這些狀況要由我承擔極不合理。落地窗鎖住不能開，原因是怕鳥飛進來，如果飯店有狀況，窗戶不能打開逃生，後果不堪設想。隔天退房櫃檯還向我收取每人150日元泡湯稅，訂房時已完成支付房費，在入住時完全沒有說明要額外收取其他費用，向櫃檯說明房間狀況，前一晚的不便，溫泉稅的費用不應收取，櫃檯人員不知道是裝聽不懂還是英文溝通不良，最後用gpt翻譯成日文，櫃檯年輕男職員態度輕蔑無所謂的說了 sorry 單字，無其他表示. 入住隔天我的兩隻腳踝及大腿都有大片的極癢紅疹丘，詢問下，同睡在榻榻米的家人也有一樣情況，上網搜尋，應是塵蟎咬造成，旅程中一直忍耐不適搔癢。飯店清潔與櫃檯對應需要極度加強。不建議入住，但餐廳人員友善，餐食豐富也很美味，可以在此用晚餐即可。
A high cost-performance stay with onsen bath and very nice Japanese buffet dinner
10.0The onsen water is hot enough at the open air bath and indoor bath. The changing room is big and well facilitated. We are impressed by the plenty nice choices at the all you can eat and drink dinner including Kagoshima black pork and wagyu beef which is cooked on a small clay pot by yourself at your table. The shrimp and fish sushimi are very fresh. It's a high cost-performance stay.
