− 要Check in 時 遇到2位服務員態度不太好 愛理不理 也沒有認真聽你需要幫忙的地方 不確定是不是聽不懂英文的關係 還好最後遇到一位會講英文的服務員 才順利 check in

− Limpeza muito má. Não deram toalha para uma bebê, queriam cobrar, acabamos por ter de usar as nossas toalhas de rosto para a bebê. Condições acústicas péssimas nos quartos, Ouvíamos barulho dos outros quartos e corredor. Comida muito má. De todos os países onde já estive e hotéis, este hotel foi sem dúvida o pior

− 建物が全体的に古かった。 朝食が少し物足りなかった。

8.0朝食の種類が多いし、海上アスレチックなどアクティビティが豊富。温泉もかなり広い。ショーもあり、スタッフもとても親切でした。 子供連れには最高。
− 部屋の鍵がカード式ではないし、館内が広過ぎて迷う。駐車場が道路の反対側でとにかく歩く。

6.0Il y a beaucoup de chose à faire dans l’hôtel ! Personnelle très aimable malgré un assez mauvais anglais. Les restaurants présent dans l’hôtel sont plutôt bons.
− Les chambres du 3ème étage au 7ème étage ne sont pas rénovés : odeur de meuble vieux, climatiseur très bruyant, on sent les ressort dans les lits, aucune prise usb, une seule prise électrique japonaise à un seul endroit de la chambre (loin des lits) et l’hôtel ne propose pas d’adaptateur électrique pour les prises européenne. Les chambres luxueuses n’en ont que le noms. Il est également possible d’avoir une chambre à côté des buanderies, ce qui est très bruyant. Chaque activité de l’hôtel est payante.
