In Ordnung. Lage und Frühstück gut.
6.0Frühstück und Lage sind gut gewesen.
− Zimmer wurde repariert. Neues Zimmer, viel kleiner. Nach Beschwerde an Rezeption ein neues Zimmer, welche wie das gebuchte war. Zimmerreinigung nur nach Absprache. Warum gibt es die Zimmer am Anreisetag billiger, als wir bezahlt haben.
Lovely time in Berlin
10.0Property is in an absolutely perfect location everything is so close by walking distance. Very easy to access everything and train from and to the airport very handy just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. Staff are very friendly, and the beds are comfortable. Berlin is beautiful

10.0Great location/great bathroom/great bed/staff pointed us in the direction of a great beer garden nearby. Will definitely stay again. For this interested, there was a happening lounge on the ground floor. Loads of people all enjoying.

A good-value stay in a great location. Next time I'd just book a larger room.
7.0The location was excellent, with easy access to everything in Berlin. Breakfast was good, the Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the price was very reasonable for what we got.
− The room felt small for three people. The staff were friendly, but service has some room for improvement. The tram line runs right outside, so if you're sensitive to noise, that could be a downside.
All good, can't complain!
