L'emplacement est super ,juste à côté des Eyzies. L'ambiance est familiale.La piscine ombragée, très agréable. Notre logement était frais en cette période de canicule et le personnel était à notre écoute.

Très bonne résidence rapport qualité/prix avec une équipe très sympa. Familiale et calme très appréciable

Great location, Les Eyzies itself is a lovely town and many more beautiful towns all less than 30 mins away. The markets in all the local towns are stunning, but get there early as parking can get very busy. So much history and beauty in the area it's hard not to fall in love with the area. Large hypermarket is 10 minutes away. Residence Le Clos Du Rocher for the money is great value, I think some of the criticism is unjust given what you've paid. The same in a Eurocamp/Homair would have cost double in all honesty for the same offering. If you're not prepared to clean yourself etc. then you can pay for an end of stay clean. And In all honesty if you're not shy spending an hour giving the place a good clean you can save yourself €70 on average. Everything is easily wiped down, brushed, and mopped. You will need some basic cleaning materials like kitchen/bathroom wipes/spray. Bucket, dust pan, floor cloth, dish cloth, soft brush and hard brush are provided. I also advise checking in before you arrive via the email you receive, this allows you to pay the tourist tax and a €1 card holding fee for the security deposit, otherwise I think on the day you have to pay a €200/300 security deposit which would be a dent in finances for many. If you do pay in advance all you do on check in day is collect your key😀 Staff were great, the pool was well kept, there is a breakfast hall for croissants and coffee etc. at a cost. Pool gets busy after 5pm, before that it's fairly quiet throughout the day. Given the hot weather I think maybe an 8pm close would be better than the 7pm close time. The apartment itself was functional and a good size, the kitchen area allowed simple things to be cooked on a hob as there is no oven, but you do get a microwave also. A sink drainer would be a good addition. Maybe some English TV channels would be good for the evening, but then again are you there to watch TV whilst on holiday🤔

− AC would have been great given the temperature being 30°c+ every day, but then again would it be as cheap to stay at if they did install it into every apartment, I very much doubt it. I have seen a few reviews where they said fans were available, but I wasn't aware of this and would have certainly helped in the high heat. The adult bed wasn't the best tbh, could be better, thicker and softer mattress. The car park needs marking out as it gets a bit manic after 5pm when people check in or come back from days out and folks park in less than considerate spacings taking up another possible extra space. Tbh all the above were just minor things and didn't ruin our stay.

Emplacement très bien aux Eyzies pour visiter les lieux. Nous avons eu un bon prix. Piscine, dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter car tard, mais c'est très pratique pour les enfants. Personnel sympathique et arrangeant.

L accueil et la disponibilité du personnel . Piscine propre

− L option nettoyage de l appartement ne comprend pas le nettoyage de la kitchenette, frigo, micro-ondes, plaques . C est un peu onéreux pour ce que c est . Prévoir papier wc , ils fournissent qu un seul rouleau, pour un séjour de 10 jours à 2 c est pas possible…pas de Clim . Défraîchie l intérieur de l appartement.

− coin cuisine trop petit avec le minimum de choses pour cuisiner places de parking insuffisantes et trop prés des logements ( en rdz très désagréable)
