9.0The room we got was great - quiet and spacious. The staff there are amazing, friendly, and try to ensure your comfort while staying there is their main priority.
− How other guests put their towels on the sun loungers to ensure they got one. Same people always had a lounger. Then went away for a couple of hours. There should be some policy where this is not allowed. Due to some people starting this selfish action. It then set a bad example to new comers.

10.0Nagyon kellemes hetet töltöttünk a Zeus-ban, csak jó dolgokat tudok mondani. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, autó/ hajóbérlésben is segítettek, nagyon jó áron. A reggeli bőséges, nagy választékkal. A tisztaság első osztályú. A medencék tökéletesek. Csak ajánlani tudom, ha egy nyugodt, gyerekzsivaly nélküli helyre vágytok!

10.0Everywhere was so clean and the staff were so lovely and helpful with any questions asked. Breakfast was plentiful and so much choice, my daughter loved the pancakes!!!
− There wasn’t enough sunbeds for everyone but that didn’t really bother us because we went to the beach most days. Towels were put on beds even though the policy is not to.

10.0We had a great stay. The location is excellent, with a bus stop just down the street that makes getting into the center of Chania very easy. Supermarket is close, 24/7 store around the corner and great restaurants The pool area was one of our favorite parts, it has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and is a great place to unwind. We also appreciated the breakfast experience; it wasn’t rushed, and the staff didn’t immediately clear everything away the second breakfast ended, which made mornings feel much more relaxed. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always greeting us when we left and returned. Their kindness really added to the overall experience.
