8.0Decent place for Cambodia. Very close to bars and has a cafe and restaurant on site. Rooms could be updates but it is Cambodia. No o ok he speaks English lol.

Excellent location and reasonable budget hotel
10.0This is a budget option and my judgement is based on that level. Area is excellent. The staff are young and friendly. The rooms are basic but functional. the security is good but again basic. There are coffee shops, convenience stores, restaurants, ATMs and Tuk Tuks all at the front door. The National Museum and Palace are within 200 meters walk. The River front is a similar distance including the FCC (Foreign Correspondents Club) for a sunset drink. - If you want 5 star then go elsewhere. - I'm coming back here again and again

2.0Crap property, Reception outside the building in a kiosk, Open access for anyone to get to the rooms. Door locks loose so could be opened in absence. Toilet flush tank lid open and said could not do anything about it. And lots of mosquitoes. Will never go there again or recommend. Surprised about the ratings, as that’s why I rented it.
