10.0The location is almost infront of the sea, a lot of places are nearby, the staff are very helpful and friendly too, the building is old but they kept it very clean from the inside as much as possible.
− I didn't know that we had to put a deposit and it wasn't mentioned when booking.

5.0− * The price is extremely high with no reason * They insist to take Insurance (Cash) .. I don't know why ? And i don't know why they not accept cards ? * The heater is not working at all * Why i should pay US $121 per night while i could rent a fully furnished luxuries appartment near them with only $40

10.0Very nice place the hotel is quite and comfortable the rooms is very clean the staff is friendly the breakfast is fresh and also served to the rooms ,near to the beach and corniche of Alexandria near also to Montaza palace
Worst Hotel I ever been in 40 years
2.0Very bad. Misleading information on Orbitz site including misleading photos. WiFi is not free as they promised. Terrible view and entrance.

4.0It's 2 stars hotel nice location good staff it was good experience the receptionist was nice Mr.mohamed sibhi hotel manger Mr.Raffat was nice man. With nice smile location in mandarra near everything .
Good to know
Please note that the the building across from the property is been demolished by the Alexandria municipality. Work is going on from 9:00 Am until 3:00 or 4:00 Pm everyday, so will cause some noise obstruction. However, the property management are doing their best and the apartments are ready to accept guests.
