10.0We liked everything. It's such an awesome cabin. The bed, furniture, was great. It was so cozy.

1.0We liked the private cottage
− To begin with, having such limited check-in hours from 4 to 8 PM was difficult given the proximity of the lodge to basically nothing. I Additionally, with no communication from the lodge, we were charged for a pet that was staying with us, despite advertisements for the lodge saying pets were welcome at no additional cost. Advertisements for the lodge also included mention of a restaurant that it turns out is not currently operational because the owners were planning on selling the lodge. The cabin itself was well furnished, and the only employee we met was helpful. They do have a nice, brand new grill that we used to cook one night. Unfortunately, the cabin was not particularly clean. There were cobwebs and spiders in multiple locations in the cabin and the shower curtain was very obviously growing mold. The instructions for the lodge said to leave trash outside the door and when we did this, we returned 12 hours later from the National park and the trash was still sitting out there.
Location was good, but staff are not.

− Staff was not avaiable to talk anytime. We went to office to request for late checkout for 1 hour, but no one avaiable at sharp 10am clearning person was showed up for clearing and they charge late checkout fees. Not recommended for anyone, All hotels/lodge checkout will be 11am only here its 10am.
