− Repas soir au kaly s bar pas à la hauteur de l hotel, s apparente plus à un plat du jour unique. Si on avait su on aurait dîné à l extérieur. Dommage
le site et la région sont top, ainsi que les chambres mais un service un peu passable.
7.0chambre, jardin
− Le service était passable : quand nous avons demandé à la réception des renseignements sur des escapades partant d'OTTROTT, (exemple LA VOIE VERTE), personne n'était capable de nous guider. Dommage que le personnel ne connaisse par la région et la ville où vous êtes. On n'a pas pu dîner au restaurant (complet) : dommage de ne pas garder une table ou deux pour les clients de l'hôtel. Le KALYS BAR : on n'a pas pu dîner à l'extérieur alors qu'il suffisait de rajouter une table. (il y avait peu de clients). Votre personnel est gentil mais le service est impersonnel.
