− ７月の半ばに行きましたが、夕食のレストランは事前予約をしないと空きがなかったので事前にホテル側から聞いてほしかったです。
Very very disappointing.....having to walk into town for Pizza each night when you are 5 Star!
4.0location excellent breakfast excellent
− Restaurants.....four on sight, but kept telling us they were fully booked, when in fact they were virtually empty...couldn't even eat in the bar, because the kitchen wouldn't cook. Never been to a five-star hotel where they can't feed you....many other guests having same issue....very poor show indeed. Room cost £3600.....and not one of the four restaurants could feed us......and they were absolutely NOT full.....one night they even looked shut!

− The beds were a little uncomfy, no AC and very small fans. Also, there was a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel itself.
