8.01.員工很熱情有禮貌 2.有公共廚房,所以煮飯器具非常齊全 3.如果停在旅館前方需要另外付費,可以停前面的馬路上,有很多免費停車格 4.是青年旅館,所以房間偏小間,所以踢到床架很多次,淋浴間是金屬地板,熱水要等一下

− Bathroom was cold and not very clean
We travel extensively in NZ and overseas and this was very poor value for money.

Fine for a short stay
6.0Great location close to the lake and downtown. Pool table, small fireplace and large shared kitchen. Also laundry services for $6/load. The queen room is a good size with a large comfy bed, small fridge and shelf space for storage. Also the bed is high enough the fit luggage underneath.
− Not super clean in the shared spaces, guests are expected to clean up after themselves which is a big ask when most of the guests are in their 20s
Good to know
Guests 17 years or younger are not permitted to stay in dormitory accommodations unless that dormitory is privatized, where all beds are booked in the room and a minimum of one adult is part of the booking party. All guests 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult for any booking and that adult is responsible for actions of all the youths within that booking party.
