10.0The building with all the old vaults is cool; lobby has lots of comfy places to hang out; shower was excellent; but it’s the people who put it over the top. Mark at the door and Lulu & Jill at the desk were super friendly & genuine. (Deelish breakfast burritos in the lobby too.)

10.0This is a beautiful hotel, wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Great little bar and an Italian restaurant which sadly I did not get to go to. Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to a lot of things restaurants bars, shops. Doorman (older gentleman) gave us a lot of good tips about where and How to go. I really can’t say enough about this place.

One night stay
10.0The hotel is beautiful. The room is very lovely. However there was no coffee in the room no complementary coffee in the lobby so you have to buy the coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby. The food is very expensive. The breakfast was almost $60 and we got an egg with no seasoning sourdough bread that was burned and bacon that was burned. I would rate the breakfast three stars. The staff I would give them five stars overall hotel five stars.
