Expensive, no Wi-Fi, far from the center, and the facilities are outdated — absolutely not worth staying here.
5.0− There is no Wi-Fi, and even mobile signal is unavailable in the room, which makes it very inconvenient to contact the travel agency. The curtains cannot be fully closed and leave large gaps. There is no air conditioning, not even a fan. However, the staff were very nice and kindly lent us a fan from the reception. The hotel is at least a 20-minute walk from the town center, and you also need to cross a dry riverbed. Despite this, the price is much higher than hotels in the town center. In the end, we couldn’t tolerate it and moved to a hotel in the center. Update: the new hotel has a better location and, more importantly, has Wi-Fi.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
