Decent value for the area in one bedroom apartment.
7.0Good value for this area and walking distance to Marina area and restaurants. Well sized apartment. Saw a deer pass our window!
− Apartment is a bit dark but unavoidable given forest just outside door. But not a big issue.

− Pro's Location was very good close to everything, very clean Con's There was no broom or dust pan in our suite.

7.0Le logement était propre, bien situé, spacieux, les lits étaient confortables, les équipements tous fonctionnels.
− Le mobilier était plutôt vieillot, l'équipement de cuisine était le strict minimum (à mon avis). J'ai un peu moins aimé d'avoir à aller récupérer et remettre les clés à la réception située un peu plus loin.

− het inchecken had sneller gekund de dame bleef wel erg lang aan de telefoon met 3 wachtenden.

8.0Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Uculet, tolle ruhige zentrale Lage. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und sauber; Spülmaschine.
− Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist alles funktional. Geschirr ist genau für 4 Personen vorhanden.
