10.0Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stay here. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The bathroom is also large and spotless. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious with a good variety of options. The location is not far from the city center and only about 30 minutes from the airport.

10.0Excellent stayed as always. Spacious room , nice very clean and comfortable. Great location close to everything. Value for your money compared to other places. Great atmosphere and very quiet. Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and makes you feel like you’re right at home.

10.0Lovely staycations for 2 nights! The rooms were quite clean and spacy. They fulfilled my request. Also, all of the staffs (front desk, breakfast frontliner, cleaning service) were all really helpful, serving with smiles! and kind. Really had a great moment here!
