4.0They only let you do early check-in through their app, even if you’re there 10 minutes before your check-in time. The app didn’t even work for me and it took me longer to try to figure it out then it would have for them to just check me in when I got there. The rooms are so outdated, the water doesn’t even get hot in the bathroom and the water pressure is terrible, otherwise everything was fine.
