Lovely hotel, great location, really clean and good food. Restaurants-room to improve service.

Room was lovely, Manuel on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel exceptionally clean and comfortable. Buggy shuttle was great particularly as it was hot.

− the service in some restaurants in the hotel was poor and disorganised- particularly the Adalar restaurant onsite, although we couldn't fault the food- it was very nice. The Caligula Hot rock fine dining was lovely food, but again let down by staff inefficiencies. Restaurants at Soho Square were nice, and L'entrecote was exceptional, food and service.

تعامل الاستقبال من قبل ميشيل و احمد بمجرد التضرر من أعمال الجهة المقابلة من ازعاج و تراب ، تم تغير الغرفة الى الافضل

− الغرفة الاولى لا يوجد فيها تسريحه ، اعتماد افياش مختلفة عن افياش كل دولة ، مما ادى الى الاضطرار الى اخذ adaptor من الاستقدام , عدم وجود صيدلية داخلية في المسبح العام وجود قليل لموزعين المناشف عدم وجود محل لحجز الفعاليات و رحلات في نفس المكان
